with the Third International Congress for Family and Human Systems Constellations we are continuing the fine tradition of the first two congresses: the enjoyment of new developments and the creative changes in the constellation work!

What is new this time is the choice of focus on "Perspectives for Resolution in Ethnic Conflict". We have been able to win particularly qualified international experts for this subject who will allow us to share their rich experiences in peace and reconciliation work and the associated fields. They in turn will be able to gain and test first hand knowledge of the possibilities of constellation work.

The title of the congress "Fields of Conflict - Fields of Wisdom" indicates experiences which we encounter also in constellations over and over again. When individuals, families or larger groups are sincerely understood and respected in their differences regarding their history, culture, religion, origin and fate, what separates them receeds into the background and they can experience the common "ground water" that can finally bring them back down to earth again and unite and reconcile the quarreling and fighting individuals and ethnic groups in such a way as to promote healing.

The many contributions on the current state of the art from the therapeutic and organizational field also resolve around this effort. In many cases we will be shown new ways to discover surprising, challenging, but above all life-serving resolutions in burdened families, ethnic minorities or organizations.

My heartfelt wish is that we can all share many of these good experiences in the course of the next few days.
